30-60 minutes a day is all it’s going to take. Eat well. Eat good foods. Eat foods you’d be proud to tell the tumblr community about. Work hard. Push yourself. Test your limits. Get off tumblr, workout for 30 minutes, come back, and tell us all about it. Post pictures of your sweat stains. If you just ran a mile for the very first time, celebrate! Put it on tumblr, get praise, do it again. This can be fun. Fitblrs make losing weight, exercising, and eating healthy FUN. Fitblr or die. Reblog if you’re a fitblr who’s in it to win it!

It’s currently believed that it only takes 21 Days to form a habit.   Whether that is in your academic life, personal life (with fitness like myself), or with a nasty habit you’re trying to quit (like smoking for me as well).
However, a study done at  UCL shows that it takes people on average about 66 Days to Form a Habit.
Follow this link to read more about the study yourself!  66 Days

I knew it couldn’t be 21 days because when I was actively losing weight, it took me two months and a week to make it stick.
